PREPARE YOUR STEAM
In a medium covered pot, pour 8 cups of water (preferably purified or spring). Place one 2 big tablespoons of herbs into the water. Bring water to a soft boil for 10 minutes
Turn off the heat, leave the lid on and steep for another 5 minutes. Wave your hand 8-10 inches over the heat above steaming water until you get your preferred temperature
SET UP YOUR STEAM SPACE
Put music on if you'd like, or grab your favorite book, light candles, or make a cup of tea to enjoy while you are steaming. Be sure to have a blanket near by and warm socks for your feet
STEAMING
Carefully pour the simmering water into your heat-safe basin (glass, stainless or wood), the place below where you will sit. Sit comfortably above the basin with your yoni exposed to the steam. Wrap yourself in a towel to keep the steam contained inside. The steam should feel warm, but please adjust if at any time it feels top hot. Once you are settled, enjoy 30 minutes of self care
