Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of Sublime Botanica.
  • Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returned items. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied please email: sublimebotanica@gmail.com and we will happily work with you to find a solution.
  • If your order is returned to us due to incorrect information or error on your part, there is a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to re-ship your order.
  • If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the Unites States Postal Service at 1 (800) 222-1811 or 1 (800) 275-8777. Sublime Botanica, does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered or are in the possession of the USPS. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered or are in their possession. 
REPLACEMENT ITEMS
  • If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within five days, and we will ship you a replacement item to you. Please email us and include photos of damaged goods.
