We ask for a minimum of 5-7 business days for processing.
Once processed, your order is shipped (3-5 business days to get to you).
Please keep in mind we are a small business, all products are handcrafted and made in small batches to be consciously made, crafted with love, and carefully dispatched.
Order processing time is 5-7 business days, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Monday through Saturday. If you've placed an order with a Body frosting shipping days will be Monday through Wednesday only. If product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

we are not responsible for damaged or melted product. no refunds or reshipments will be sent for this reason. we take various measures, like insulated wrap and ice packs, to prevent melting. if your product reaches you melted, please place it in the refrigerator or let cool at room temperature and use as is.
